Do you lost items on our bus?
You can report lost items, make a complaint or simply leave a comment about our services, by filling in the form with your details. Don’t forget to include the routeand date of your journey. As regards complaints, you will need to specify your details and report your case accurately including any papers or documents regarding your problem. You will be contacted within 15 days of the date of the receipt of the form.
For items lost on buses, they will be sent to the company office in Palermo, Piazza Domenico Peranni 9, within 24 hours of the loss. The item will be safely kept until its owner claims it by providing all necessary information for a maximum period of one year, after which procedures in accordance with law will be applied.
For any kind of information about lost items, you may contact our office from Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 13:00.
